School Psychology Services for Districts and Charter Schools

Collaborative, reliable psychoeducational evaluation support throughout Northern California.

Learning Pathways Educational Psychology partners with school districts, SELPAs, and charter schools to provide high-quality psychoeducational evaluations when and where your team needs support.

Whether you are navigating staffing gaps, leave coverage, timeline pressure, or a backlog of complex referrals, we provide experienced, credentialed evaluators who understand how districts actually operate. Our goal is to feel like an extension of your team, not an outside contractor.

Who We Are

Learning Pathways Educational Psychology PC is a team of credentialed school psychologists and Licensed Educational Psychologists with extensive experience in public education. We have partnered with more than 20 school districts and charter schools across Northern California and completed evaluations for hundreds of students across grade levels.

Our team includes:

  •       PPS-credentialed school psychologists
  •       Licensed Educational Psychologists (LEPs)
  •       Bilingual Spanish-speaking evaluators
  •       Board-certified school neuropsychologists (ABSNP)
  •       DOJ Custodian of Records with Live Scan-cleared evaluators

We specialize exclusively in evaluations. That focus allows us to provide efficient, organized, and legally defensible assessments without dividing attention across unrelated services.

Evaluation Services

We partner with districts and charter schools to complete:

  •       Initial psychoeducational evaluations
  •       Triennial reevaluations
  •       Record review evaluations
  •       ERMHS assessments
  •       Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)

Reports are thorough, clearly written, and educationally relevant. We prioritize clarity so that eligibility decisions and IEP planning are supported by meaningful data, not just scores.

How We Support Your Team

Beyond assessment and reporting, we can:

  • Prepare assessment plans
  • Draft eligibility statements and present levels
  • Enter documentation in SEIS or SIRAS upon request
  • Collaborate on IEP goal development
  • Attend IEP meetings to present findings
  • Use district report templates or our own, based on your preference

We communicate proactively and aim to reduce administrative strain wherever we can. You should not have to chase us for updates.

Why Districts Choose Learning Pathways

Experienced, credentialed team

Every evaluator on our team holds either a PPS credential, LEP license, or both. Bilingual and neuropsychology expertise are available when your referrals require them.

Compliance you can count on

We understand 60-day timelines, assessment plan requirements, and the documentation standards that districts are held to. Our reports are legally defensible and written with IEP teams in mind.

Neurodiversity-affirming reports

Our evaluations are strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming. That means reports that support thoughtful IEP development and reduce adversarial dynamics with families, not just checkbox eligibility decisions.

Flat-fee pricing

No hourly uncertainty. We provide clear, flat-fee pricing so districts can plan and budget without surprises. We supply all testing materials, rating scales, and protocols.

No overhead burden

Because our evaluators work as independent contractors, there is no payroll, benefits, onboarding, or HR burden for your district. You get experienced evaluators without the administrative complexity of adding staff.

Our Approach

We believe evaluations should do more than check an eligibility box.

Our assessments are designed to clarify student strengths and needs, support thoughtful IEP development, and improve the working relationship between families and school teams. Clear, organized reporting reduces conflict and makes everyone’s job easier, including yours.

We value professional communication, responsive collaboration, and recommendations that teams can actually implement. When we work with your district, we represent your program well to families.
